Nails are a canvas that are on you all the time.

Before commencing on her career as an international award winning nail artist, Megumi Mizuno already had a wealth of artistic experiences in a host of creative arenas from which she could draw on for technique and inspiration.From an early age, Megumi would often be found drawing or painting and it was not long before her professional watercolour painter grandmother spotted her natural artistic talent and a private tutor was employed to nurture this growing talent over the coming years. Once at university, Megumi studied Environmental Design, which encompassed urban development design and landscape design. This was followed by further study, including: Auto CAD, Photoshop and web design.It was in-between her studies and various jobs that Megumi started to explore her interest in nail art for personal use. Her curiosity for this medium culminated in attaining a VTCT Level 2 and 3 at Redbridge College, setting her on her current career path.
